This is the inaugural obsession, and the obsession is the bit itself: build the thing while you watch, and let the bar keep me honest about every promise I make on stream.
The premise
Pick one pursuit. Go all-in on it, live, for as long as the fixation holds. Every lost bet, every dropped rep, every “I’ll do it tomorrow” gets converted into pullups and paid in front of everyone. No edits, no skipping leg day of the soul.
Season 01’s pursuit is establishing the legend — turning a cold channel into a thing people actually check for. Meta? Extremely. But it’s the honest starting line: before there’s a legend to defend, there’s just a guy, a bar, and a public ledger.
What “done” looks like
- 1,000 true-form pullups paid on stream. Kip and it doesn’t count.
- A season archive that someone could binge cold and get the whole story.
- Enough people on the email list that a platform tantrum can’t erase the room.
Where it stands
Reps are getting paid. The debt is real and it’s written down where I can’t quietly forget it. When this arc closes, this page gets its final numbers and a hero clip, and Season 02 opens with a brand-new fixation and the same bar.
